Overview
My client is a large national company focused in utilities based in the Portsmouth area. This company are leaders in their field maintaining gas supplies to 5.9 million customers. This is a busy full time temp to perm position offering 37 hours p/w Mon to Fri, working 1 in 4 Saturdays. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing risks and job priorities - Taking calls or contacting customers to determine if an engineer appointment is needed - Delivering excellent customer service You will have: - Telephone customer service experience - The desire to do your very best for the customer on each and every occasion - Ability to stay calm under pressure - be computer literate, especially excel This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company who offer full training and potential growth within. Your starting hourly rate is £9.70- £9.99 For the first 12 weeks your pro rata holiday allowance will be 20 days plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 25 day plus 8 bank holidays after 12 weeks.
