If you are available immediately and want to gain great work experience, please apply now JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Administrator, Part Time - Immediate start JOB TYPE : Temporary - Ongoing (minimum of two months) COMPANY TYPE: Hotel HOURS: 8:30am - 17:30pm SALARY: £10.75 - £11.50 LOCATION: Based near Russell Square Station CULTURE: Professional, friendly, sociable, passionate DUTIES: Scanning all invoices and other documents for ILH Group with support and guidance from ICT team. Preparing and sorting physical documents for scanning, including removing staples and other bindings, identifying document quality and handle accordingly Scanning of all incoming documents such as customer invoices and guest registration cards documentation Quality check all invoicing and registration card documentation to ensure confidentiality of guest data Provide timely and efficient support to the Accounts team when required Make any adjustments necessary for clean scans, reporting any issues in timely manner Ensuring the security and safe storage of all documentation in compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as GDPR and Data Protection Deal with Customer Queries and liaising with Hotel Receptions and Sales Ledger Team Cover for Sales Ledger team as at when required Cover for Purchase Ledger Team as at when required Archiving and Shredding documents ABOUT YOU: Previous experience working within an office environment Flexible and adaptable Willing with a 'can do' attitude Reliable and committed Punctual Meticulous attention to detail Able to provide excellent customer service Competent user of Microsoft Office Good team player as well as being able to work on own initiative Able to liaise confidently and build a rapport with others Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed Knowledge of SharePoint Knowledge of Opera software Apply now to have a chance at a fantastic company please contact me if you have any questions.
