Overview
We have been instructed on a Commercial Contracts Fee Earner in central Leeds, with an international law firm, as a result of urgent and necessary expansion. This commercial contracts role sits within our clients commercial health department. This commercial health team are extremely busy and even more so now as a result of the current situation with COVID-19 and this is therefore a key role that our client is looking to urgently fill So if you are a paralegal, non-qualified fee earner or are a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and have strong and recent commercial contracts experience you are in demand for this role In this role you would be reporting to a highly experienced and well regarded Partner who specialises health sector organisations on commercial and contracting issues. What would make you a stand-out candidate? The ideal candidate would need to have strong previous Commercial Contracts experience working as a Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive within private practice or in-house. It is essential that you have good attention to detail as well as excellent proof-reading skills. The firm are looking for a candidate who can work independently and assess contracts in order to identify errors and areas of concern and then report any findings with clarity. You will be required to really support the team with the volume of commercial contracts work within the health sector at the moment and therefore anyone with medical contracts experience would be ideal but not essential. This is a fantastic time to join this international law firm as there is a surplus amount of work to get involved with.
