You will be a pensions regulatory solicitor from NQ up to 5 years' experience within another reputable firm. This opening would suit a solicitor with "hands-on" pensions experience, although applications from those who do not have pensions regulatory experience but want to progress in this area will be considered. This opening offers a complex workload providing advice and support on complex pensions regulatory matters to both public and private sector clients including regulatory investigations, clearance applications and scheme funding negotiations. This opening comes with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure and boasts a dynamic and supportive environment. Flexible working patterns including part-time will be considered for this.
