Overview
Property Litigation Paralegal This is a great opportunity for a hard working Paralegal to join the Taunton office of a Top 100 UK Law firm and assist on Property Litigation matters. The Property Litigation team undertake work on behalf of regional and national clients and advise landowners and private clients on a range of commercial and residential property issues. A paralegal is now required to join the team and assist fee earners, your day to day responsibilities are varied and will include but not be limited to; administration, attending client meetings, attending court hearings, Assisting in drafting pleadings and supporting witness statements in support of applications and preparing court bundles. You will also be required to participate in business development activities on behalf of the team and firm. The successful candidate will be a law graduate who ideally has previous Contentious Real Estate experience. You will possess excellent academics and great organisational skills.
