Overview
Property Litigation Solicitor This is a great opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join the highly successful Property Litigation department of a Top 100 Law firm within their Taunton office. Working in this Top tier department you will be required to manage a varied and busy caseload of Property Litigation matters including but not limited to; Landlord & Tenant work, Possession Actions, Purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions and General Property Management. The successful candidate will be a recently qualified Solicitor (NQ - 3 Yrs) who has previous Property Litigation experience. You will be comfortable with running your own files (under supervision initially) and participating in business development and networking activities.
