Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join this renowned commercial disputes team within at this Bristol Legal 100 firm. You will have 2-6 years' PQE and evidence of a strong academic record. You will have ideally completed your training at a large regional or city firm and will have relevant commercial disputes experience. This firm has a strong client base that includes many household names and the commercial disputes team works on large national and international disputes including within technology, telecoms, IP and brand protection, corporate and M&A transactions, banking and finance disputes and international arbitration. You will be a commercial disputes solicitor who is flexible, forward-thinking and able to handle a varied caseload. You will have an interest in being involved in technology and IP issues and experience within this area would be desirable.
