This opportunity is one for those who have the people skills to invigorate, develop and coach a team of subject matter experts who are moving into the next stage of their offering from analysts to advisors. If that was the only responsibility it would be a fairly run of the mill Senior Finance Manager role but what makes this an exceptional opportunity is that you couple leading the team with some fairly complex accounting and analytical work around contract negotiations, pricing structures and savings analysis. Notwithstanding the relationship with customers and stakeholders which brings it's own flavour to your role. Reporting into the Head of Savings you will benefit from a leader who joined the organisation last year, is passionate about people, producing the best numbers possible and welcomes new ideas and goal setting within supportive framework. It's a great opportunity to get into the infancy of an organisation who couldn't be better posiitoned in the current market place. If you like nothing more than ot get stuck into huge data sets, looking at spreadsheets, analytics and trends whilst tangibly inproving others in their role it's about to get really interesting.
