Overview
Aurora Resourcing are working very closely with an established and ethical therapeutic IFA that requires a dynamic Fostering Team Leader to join their highly supportive and stable team in Yorkshire, The office is based in Doncaster and you will be expected to oversee and support a highly organised team of social workers. This IFA has an excellent local reputation and has a fantastic team ethos. You will be joining an ethical fostering agency that really prides itself of the level of service they provide to carers, young people and the referring local authorities. The Role: Supporting a small staff team and reporting to the Registered Manager Supporting and supervising a small carer group across South Yorkshire Placement matching Carer reviews Attending LAC reviews Involvement in carer training The Candidate A qualified social worker HCPC registered Significant post qualifying experience within fostering Prior experience of supporting / mentoring staff A car owner / driver Living in the local area and be prepared to travel as required The role has a basic salary to £38,500 car allowance private healthcare generous leave allowance.
