We have excellent opportunities for caring and compassionate individuals to join our hard-working, friendly and supportive team as Care Assistants at Green Meadows residential home, in the beautiful village of Denmead, Hampshire. Whether you are an experienced Carer looking for a new challenge or are just starting out in your career, we can offer you the opportunity to make a genuine difference to older people’s lives. WHAT YOU’LL DO No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role, as a general guide, your duties will include: • Supporting residents with personal care needs • Supporting residents with medication, full training will be given • Providing support around mealtimes • Keeping accurate records • Leading activities that support people to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives We are looking for Carer’s who recognise the importance of promoting our resident’s independence, knowing when they are needed and when to take a step back.
