Adults' Learning Disabilities Social Worker required in Brent, London. Immediate start paying up to £32ph. We are looking for Qualified Social Workers with Learning Disabilities experience. The role is to review and assess care packages. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the CHC process, experience within learning disabilities, older people or hospital discharge.
