AWE are currently recruiting for a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process Analyst This role will be to join the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) delivery team. As a Process Analyst within PLM you must have a broad knowledge of PLM and the wider Systems Engineering processes. Location - Reading area Package - £33,800 - £43,000 (dependant on experience) Closing date - 1st April 2020 AWE offer a competitive salary, market leading contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, excellent work/life balance including a 9-day working fortnight and flexible working hours (role dependent). You will be required to: Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player Be accountable to Lead Process Engineer for ensuring the consistent implementation of the process, procedures, standards across area(s) of responsibility Be accountable for the development and maintenance of the process & procedures within area(s) of responsibility Be a Subject Matter Expert on Process & Procedure improvement & implementation Be able to advise on Process & Procedure delivery across the product community Ensure each part of the life-cycle has compliant and current processes & procedures Provide guidance to business on the integrated structure, format & layout of product process arrangements Provide Continuous Improvements focus for processes & procedures Responsible for undertaking other duties as reasonably required from time to time by line and task management To be successful in this role you should have the following skills: Good communication skills both verbal and in written form and the ability to deliver technical & management presentations Good liaison and inter-personal skills Ability to produce clear, concise and timely reports Competence in the use of both office and technical software Good problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to deliver objectives on time and to quality with minimum supervision Ability to work from minimal instruction Ability to work effectively with others towards common goals The ideal candidate will have a HND/NVQ4 level in an engineering vocational qualification supported by considerable practical experience or equivalent. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. LI-GD
