Full time Administrator/Junior PA for client in central Cambridge. Your new company Our client an Innovative and vastly successful organisation in central Cambridge are recruiting for an experienced full-time administrator/Junior PA to join their highly successful team. Your new role Reporting to the Events Manager this role will be to provide vital administration support to the team and office to ensure its efficient and smooth running. Daily responsibilities will include; answering telephone and email enquiries, welcoming clients to the office and managing meeting room bookings and refreshments as and when required, inputting information onto internal CRM systems, managing office supplies, managing all meeting bookings including travel to and from meetings (UK and international) diary management, managing website information and articles, events administration and any other tasks as and when needed to support the partners, finance and analyst teams. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you should ideally have previous experience in an administration or junior PA role. If you have exposure to working in a smaller/start up organisation this would be advantageous but not essential. You should be highly organised and take a pride in your work. You should be able to deal with high profile clients and work in a very pressured environment. The successful candidate will be well presented, possess good communication skills (both verbally and written), be a strong multi-tasker and have a can-do attitude. This is a fast-paced environment, so a confident, positive personality is a must, as well as a willingness to work outside of your usual remit on occasion. What you'll get in return My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000pa for a full-time role. Working hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility. Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking available, but my client has excellent public transport links.
