Overview
A not for profit organisation based in Liverpool city centre are requiring a Finance Manager. Client Details Based in Liverpool, this Not for Profit organisation are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Head Office. Description As the Finance manager based in Liverpool, you will be responsible from the bottom to the top of the function. Your duties will include: Process all transactions inclusive of Sales and purchase ledger functions Deal with queries Prepare and send BACS payments on a weekly basis Reconcile the bank accounts Preparation of monthly management accounts inclusive of: Prepayments, accruals, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L Preparation of monthly and weekly payroll Process all VAT- partial exemptions, international VAT Prepare all year end accounts for external auditors Produce Board reports- present to the board financial positions, using dashboards, strong communication skills Produce MI reports for external bodies using Excel to an intermediate level Advise and guide the management teams to streamline and steer the business in the right direction Profile It is vital that you have previously worked in a similar position and are willing and able to produce accounts from the bottom upwards.
