A well known Bristol organisation are looking for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis Management Accountant Hays are currently working with a well known Bristol organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join at an exciting time of change within the business. Your New Company A well known Bristol organisation are currently looking for a new Management Accountant to join them as they embark on an exciting period of change. Your new role Reporting into the Finance Manager you will form a key part of the Finance function. You will Business Partner with wider parts of the business to help understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting while they look to implement a new and modern way of working. You will manage and control the balance sheet, including the production of monthly reconciliations. You will also be actively involves in the projects team, contributing to large capex projects which are fundamental to the growth of this organisation. In addition, you will manage a small team. What you will need to succeed Your experience in a similar role will be key to your success. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes and should be able to demonstrate experience of month end and year end reporting along with analyses and commentary. You should have a professional finance qualification or QBE equivalent. You should have strong communication skills and be results orientated.
