Overview
Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary and interim staff within the customer contact market. We are pleased to be working alongside a globally recognised business as they look to recruit a Senior Manager to cover all aspects of Customer Service and Engagement, providing an exceptional Customer Experience to all stakeholders globally. You will lead a globally dispersed team, ensuring they are engaged, supported and trained in achieving KPIs and delivering a high quality of consistent customer service, aligning teams cross functionally. The business is looking for an innovative individual who will use data and business intelligence to produce insightful reports that can be used to make improvements that enhance the customer journey. What You Will Need: Significant experience leading a Customer Service team, driving best practice and processes Proven ability in driving team performance to achieve KPIs Proven experience of driving employee engagement Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies Excellent analytical skills, experience with data reporting and analysis Ability to combine strong innovative skills with commercial awareness What You Will Get: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Bonus Lots of opportunities for training and career development Opportunity to join a highly regarded global business This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based on the outskirts of Cardiff To be considered for this role please apply using the link below, suitable candidates will be contacted in due course.
