Overview
Solicitor £30,000 to £33,000 plus benefits and bonus Newly qualified Personal Injury Solicitor is required to join this city centre legal practice. The firm covers a range of personal injury claims within Scottish Jurisdiction and due to continued growth are looking to add to their Litigation Team. You will be responsible for your own caseload of litigated PI claims in addition to providing support on complex matters to the claims handlers and paralegals within the department. Cases will be predominately RTA claims and duties will include and attending court hearings. The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have exposure to PI claims. Previous experience in attending Sheriff Courts and ASPIC would be advantageous.
