Professional Negligence Solicitor - Edinburgh A Top-Tier firm is currently seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join its successful team in Edinburgh. The role will involve running a case-load of defendant professional negligence claims against a wide range of professionals. The successful candidate may also be required to assist Partners with complex/high value matters. Previous commercial litigation experience is required. Professional indemnity/negligence experience is not essential. There is some flexibility as to the level of experience required. My client will consider newly qualified solicitors and experienced lawyers. The successful candidate will be reasonably self-sufficient in their work and have the ability to adopt a commercial approach.
