Connect2Kent are looking for a temporary Admin Assistant to work with a busy Mental Health Team based in Maidstone. Your role will be to provide an administrative/clerical/secretarial support service to assist in the smooth running of the service. Duties: * Type a range of documents, including letters, memos and meeting notes. * Act as the main point of contact for the team - answering calls, communicating via email, dealing with queries * Use an accurate filing system, so that documents can be found quickly and easily. * Provide administrative support to the team. * Arranging and setting up meeting rooms * Input information on spreadsheets. * Keep simple financial records and process invoices for payment. Requirements: * A BDS check is required for this post at a cost of £32.50 as you will be working with sensitive information. * You will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling if successful.
