Overview

Electrician required for Maintenance work in the Basingstoke area Your new company Working for a Housing Association that provides Housing throughout the south of England Your new role As an Electrician you will be responsible for maintenance works in domestic properties in the Hampshire area. You will carry out routine maintenance, repair and installation of electrical services equipment in resident's homes as part of the kitchen and bathroom team and elsewhere in accordance with work schedules. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with the opportunity for call out and over time when required. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced Electrician qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equivalent), 17th Edition (BS7671) and City and Guilds 2391 Electrical Test and Inspect. The role is varied, and you will enjoy working alone or as part of a team. You will need to be confident using IT Technology such as iPads, You will need to hold a full and current Driving license with a minimum of 2 years' experience and have the ability to drive a company van. What you'll get in return Salary between: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE A company van is provided as well as tool allowance, iPad, uniform and PPE as well as excellent benefits such as 25 days paid holiday and a £450 flexible benefit pot.
