Maintenance Manager (FMCG) A fantastic opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager (Days) to join an established and growth business with career development and a career path, the opportunity is working within the FMCG industry with experience within automation or manufacturing Site Maintenance as a Maintenance Manager or an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Shift Leader. Salary Circa £55,000-£57,000 Fantastic benefits, benefits handbook will be forwarded as part of the application process Maintenance Manager- Responsibilities: To deliver and maintain the site contract through the organisation of the site maintenance activities and site facilities plus AMHE and its associated control systems to meet budget cost and KPI while ensuring the compliance with Health & Safety legislation Deliver budget, with cost control within contractual guidelines Meet pre-agreed KPI targets Ensure pre-agreed SLA’s are met Plan and maintain MHE servicing schedules Maintain site shift patterns Attend customer meetings and establish, maintain customer relations Maintain the relevant service records. Prioritise system faults Prioritise and plan AMHE repairs while ensuring site spare parts are maintained Ensure all company documentation is completed Quality of output in line with Company standards Complete written reports Develop and drive continuous improvement activities on site Delivery the agreed Facilities Management elements of the contract are delivered Maintenance Manager- Qualifications: HNC or HND, Degree qualified Proven experience leading a team of engineers Apprenticed trained IOSHH / NEBOSH Trained Budget and cost control experience essential Maintenance Manager
