Sous Chef required for a traditional Gastro Pub / Restaurant which has been modernised with great taste in the Burnley area. Salary up to £28,000 . Whilst not holding rosettes the food is a very high standard and the restaurant side has received many other awards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sous Chef. The role: As sous Chef you will use top produce to create fantastic dishes. You will develop the team, ensure the dishes are of the required standard and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. The sous chef will run the pass during service when the head chef is off and ensure the kitchen is ready for service. The role will include all the normal sous Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a Sous C hef who has experience in top end restaurants or hotels, working with fresh ingredients .
