Assistant Restaurant Manager - We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our two restaurants based in Teddington. You will play a huge part in ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently and smoothly as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. You will already be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or be an experienced Restaurant Supervisor looking for the next step in your career. Experience of working in a busy restaurant is essential. The Role -Assistant Restaurant Manager · Assisting the Restaurant Manager/Covering in their absence · Assisting and ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant · Ensuring correct set up before each service · Training junior staff · Working closely with the kitchen · Up-selling and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. · Quality driven · Self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment · A team player Salary & Benefits - Assistant Restaurant Manager · Salary dependant on experience · Meals on duty · 28 days holiday About the company We are a local small chain that pride ourselves on providing freshly prepared food to our customers.
