The kitchen hosts a fantastic, and motivated team who produce everything in-house serving a modern European menu focusing on showcasing the finest British produce. The Sous Chef will work alongside a motivated and energetic Head Chef who is fast becoming a household name. Applicants for this role will be in a Sous Chef at present, and be looking for an exciting and young company to express themselves. You will be used to working with large numbers in a high quality operation. Previous experience of working with fresh produce is required. Also, we are seeking a Sous Chef who has great leadership qualities, happy to run the kitchen for a number of shifts per week.
