Overview
The Position: Bars Manager/ess The Candidate Requirement: Having gained extensive supervisory experience within a first class restaurant environment you will possess the craft skills and business acumen to ensure the bar offers first class service whilst delivering sales and gross profit margins in line with monthly budgets. Naturally, you will have a flair for creating and serving an exciting range of drinks to a discerning clientele, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure all bar staff are well trained. You must have a mine-host personality and be a natural communicator, in order to ensure customers are welcomed and expectations exceeded Our Client: Bars Manager /ess The team here has achieved a wealth of awards and accolades, and employ exceptional staff throughout the property.The proprietors have invested very substantially in pursuit of their goals and will continue to do so. The property offers a small number of luxurious rooms and is well located close to a major rail line to London. Benefits: Bars Manager /ess A salary of £25,000 and meals on duty.
