Overview
Location: If successful you will be based in this area but will be expected to travel to various site as required through Scotland and the north of England. Expenses and accommodation costs will be covered. Due to the nature of this role you must hold a full driving license and have access to you own vehicle on a daily basis. Dine Contract Catering has an unrivalled reputation in supporting our Team Members to deliver exceptional service as well as nurturing you as an individual by facilitating continual development The Role: Support/Manager kitchens across the region during peek periods, management holidays and sick leave to ensure we deliver an unrivalled food service within the Business & Industry sector Working with various teams to support them with on –site training and development Undertake audits, customer surveys & dealing with day to day issues as they arise Representing the company at all times ensuring company standards are delivered on a daily basis Contributing to the development of the food offer across the region supported by our Innovation Team Providing additional services as requested by the client Skills & Experience Required: •At least three years’ experience at Supervisory/Kitchen Management level and a Food Preparation qualification •Excellent communication skills – must be able to communicate to staff of all levels •Must be incredibly organised and efficient in your work •Motivate and inspire teams to perform and ensure goals are achieved •Take pride in your work and be flexible to support all services on site •Self-reliant with the drive and determination to succeed & achieve high personal standards If you match our requirements, have the right to work in the UK and are interested, please apply This job was originally posted as www.caterer.com/job/89765124
