Commis Chef We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commis to work within the hotels kitchen along side a renowned Exec Head Chef and his team on this stunning Estate. Using only the best ingredients, many sourced on the property or in the local vicinity, we are looking for a passionate Commis striving for the best. The Place A stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Hampshire. This award winning Georgian property recently restored to its classic origins is set in 400 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds in the heart of Hampshire. With Multiple F&B Outlets, Cinema room and much more this truly is a unique property. The Perks As Commis Chef you will get the following Salary basic of £20,000 Service of £250 per month 2 days off consecutively To work with a Michelin starred chef Discounts and other hotel benefits Live in available at a charge The Person The ideal Commis will have the following: Experience as a Commis in 4/5 hotels or fine dining. Fresh food background essential and ideally rosettes or even Michelin star A desire to learn and progress Happy working shifts as required- straights 48-55 hr week Be driven and wanting to push for the best. All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
