Sous Chef - £40,000 - Stunning Independent Restaurant - Central London This stunning independent restaurant, which is overseen by a very creative Head Chef, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating some of the finest dishes with a strong focus on using only the freshest, locally produce available. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes. As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and be responsible for supervising the junior chefs. The Executive chef will be working closely with you at all times to develop you into a Head Chef and you would be learning all aspects of running a business. You will need good communications skills and you must be able to motivate your teammates. A competitive salary package of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
