Retail Head Chef Location: London Salary: £38k We are recruiting for a fantastic role of Retail Head Chef for a leading contract caterer within B&I, at a leading financial site. The role will see you leading a team of 7 chefs delivering High street style retail & hot food offering with a turnover just over £1 million. There is ad hoc hospitality, but the focus is on the day to day retail catering on site. You will need to be a super organized Senior Sous or Head Chef. The role is Monday-Friday in the heart of London’s financial district.
