CHEF DE PARTIE This award winning Hotel, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join its team. You will need a good knowledge of all cuisines and worked in a fast pace high volume environment preferably with a large team and within a 4 Star hotel or rosetted restaurant This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Head Chef and Executive Chef who both could help take your career to the next level. As Chef De Partie, You will responsible for running all aspects of your section as well as being responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. A competitive hourly rate of £10.60ph is available for the right Chef De Partie.
