Great new role at this busy Hotel in Bedford This is a property with great character and an excellent career opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard to residents and functions guests. You will prepare meals for the Bar, Restauarnt and functions. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh seasonal ingredients Preparing Restaurant, Functions & Bar Meals The Person You will already be a Sous or Strong Jr Sous on promotion Able to work unsupervised Have experience of working in a AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen Good attention to detail Salary & Benefits Salary to £28k Immediate Start available All meals Uniform 28 days holiday Application.
