General Manager Up to £36,000 A small but awesome pub collection in the heart of London, looking to expand their team. We are currently looking for a superstar General Manager who is oozing personality and charisma to match this site and company. A family run business, it is very important for them that their team feel part of a big family where you can't wait to get in to work, see your team and love your job in every way. This is a "local" pub and the locals love a good chat with the team; so… the chattier you are, the better The Role I am looking for a General Manager who has proven experience at general management level to take on this awesome venue. As General Manager you will encourage your team to upsell and enhance your existing team's talents and skill set ensuring they are delivering only the best service, interacting with your guests & ensuring that they leave happy, have a knowledge of your product and ensure that so does your team and control costs to maximise profits. Requirements Have a stable and progressive career history. Job hoppers need not apply Be fully competent in managing people and managing business of considerable volume. Be ambitious and on an upward trend of your career. Must be able to run a full floor & bar team without any issues.
