Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef to join our small kitchen team, fit in with the group and help bring our kitchen to the next level. There is a lot of room for growth within a large and established London-wide pub company, with a lot of opportunities for development whilst learning form a very experienced head chef. We are looking for someone who is precise, flexible and has a strong passion for and understanding of food. We are a small team so it is very important that we find someone who can get along with others and work well together. Responsibilities include running of the kitchen from day to day, maintaining the quality and consistency of the food while being able to be creative with daily specials. A good understanding of ordering, stock and GP control. Managing a team and being able to communicate clearly and correctly with the back and front of house teams.
