Overview

We're looking for an outgoing, customer-obsessed, burrito-loving Restaurant Manager and Supervisors to head up our busy Bristol restaurant. Our well established store on Park St continues to grow and we want someone to help us continue that by inspiring a large team to deliver great food with fast and friendly service. We're also looking for experienced Supervisors to support the Manager in driving the best experience possible The Manager's role IS demanding - one minute you're an Accountant, the next you're a Trainer with Entrepeneur, Marketeer and everything in between thrown in You'll be responsible for the regular Manager stuff - Stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment but you'll also be the person we look to grow the business in the community, promote our brand and spread the Mission Burrito love in the area As a Restaurant Manager, previous managerial experience is a must, preferably in the hospitality industry. Working in a branded environment would be an advantage but not essential. We respect that it's a tough role. We reward as much as we can, not as little as we can get away with. We play funky music. We wear jeans. We throw parties to celebrate success. Salaries are dependent on experience but start from around 24k for training, plus 20% bonus scheme.
