Job Title - Senior Commercial Account Handler Contract - Permanent Salary - £25,000 - £32,000 Location - Norfolk Industry - Insurance Broker (Insurance, Commercial, Account Handler) _________________________________________________________________________________ The Role:- Our client, a well respected Insurance Broker is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Account Handler, working closely with their Account Executive team in Norfolk. Responsibilities will include:- -You will be expected to administer a portfolio of client insurance programmes in a professional and ethical manner, following agreed procedures. -You will also help negotiate with insurers and provide a first-class service to our clients. -The successful candidate will handle a full range of commercial business across all classes, where customer service is vital. -You will be your client's first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects. - Enquiries come from existing clients, the web, commercial executives, introducers, by recommendations and up- and cross-selling. Role Requirements:- -Atleast 3 years Commercial Account Handling experience -Open GI experience would be beneficial and all round PC skills -Cert CII qualified or be willing to work towards.
