Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic independent Insurance broker based in North London. Due to continuous growth my client is looking to add a Real Estate Account Executive to their property team. The Role: Provision of the day-to-day servicing of a client’s insurance programme to support retention and development of the business. Build long-lasting relationships with clients and expanding network of client contacts Seek to identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients and maintain a robust approach delivering a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs Contribute to the plan for clients under threat or perceived threat and support VPs in the client response Support and provide advice for major losses Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events Clients will include property managers, property owners, developers and asset managers. Ideally You Will Have: Experience as Account Handler/Executive Comfortable in a client facing role Experience with Real Estate/Commercial Property clients
