Due to company growth and expansion, this business is looking to employ a few customer service executives to strengthen the team. The customer support executive will be responsible for answering incoming calls from any customers who have questions or concerns. Our client is looking for people as passionate about customer service as they are. Main duties & responsibilities: Resolve all client queries, questions and concerns in a prompt, effective and efficient manner. Maintain and improve professional company relations and with 3rd party agents and operators through effective communication and relationship building.
