Private Client Legal Secretary Our client a top tier Legal 500 multi- office law firm hasn’t let the grass grow under their feet, forward-thinking and progressive providing a first class service to people and businesses throughout Essex. Are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal secretary to join their successful Private Client Team based in Colchester . The Role You will provide full secretarial support to the fee earner Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence related to private client maters Diary keeping Meeting with clients to witness execution of client’s wills/documents Drafting basic Wills, LPA’s and court of protection applications Knowledge of IHT forms , Estate Accounts and Grant of probate desirable Production of attendance notes Set up and administration of trusts Court of Protection/ Deputyship Preparation of correspondence and complex legal documents File and case management , bill preparation Manage marketing data and liaising with the marketing team The Candidate You will be an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary A good standard of education at least O Level / GCSE Fast and accurate typing skills including digital audio systems Experience with case management systems Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook Excellent communication skills and a sympathetic ear You will be a strong team player Good attention to detail Organised and able to priorities your workload Flexible as cover is required Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Pleasant working environment 30 days annual leave per annum (Including Bank Holidays) an additional 3 days Annual Leave for Christmas closure Private Health and Pension scheme after probation period Apply Now.
