Overview
Are you an experienced Reward Professional? If so, I have a rare opportunity for a Reward Advisor to join a growing business based in Slough on a permanent basis to assist them with a various pay and reward projects. Working closely with key stakeholders in the business, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing the current reward, pay and bonus strategy, external bench marking and competitor analysis and ensure that pay and bonuses are fair and consistent across the business.
