Conveyancing Fee Earner | Portsmouth| Lexcel Accredited A Lexcel accredited firm are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner based in the Portsmouth for a permanent role within their firm. The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be able to deal with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files of sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties. You will also be dealing with shared ownership and new build matters plus much more. You will be progressing the files after taking instruction of them maintaining client contact throughout the process, whilst working to a specific time frame. The firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner who has at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, you must have experience of using a case management system or be willing to learn. The firm will consider applications from Solicitors and Legal Executives. You must have experience of running a large caseload with minimal supervision.
