Siamo recruitment are working in partnership with an award winning, global company who are looking to expand their lively the Sales team. You will be working on the inbound sales desk, there is no ‘cold calling’ with this position. With amazing benefits such as onsite parking, team days out, and a lively working atmosphere. The role will include: Dealing with inbound customer enquiries Market research relating to products Actioning any customer queries immediately and Liaising with clients throughout the process Upselling and suggesting products to customers Ensuring you are providing the best possible service and keeping up to Brand standard Providing excellent customer service at all times Professional managing a portfolio of clients, create strong working relationships Identify key upselling opportunities Processing orders on the in house system, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth distribution of products Liasing with Marketing in relation to any product launches, staying up to date Assist and help other members of staff with any other ad hoc duties necessary The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience in a office based sales or customer service ideal Have a very positive disposition and enthusiastic approach Strong computer skills The drive and passion to want to achieve Own transport is necessary due to location Excellent telephone manner
