Overview

Our client within public sector are currently looking for a dynamic Data and Performance Manager to join the newly created Change Management Office (CMO) based in Newham. The role is offered on a 6 months contract basis paying £270 - £315 per day (Umbrella rate/inside IR35) working 36 hours per week. The CMO will help the council deliver its Children's Services Transformation and Improvement programme. A critical aspect of this role is to act as a liaison between multiple teams and to build close working relationships with Operational Social Care teams and internal data teams to ensure we are working collaboratively to generate robust performance and data reporting and frameworks. The role holder will be responsible for : Leading on the development, coordination and delivery of an agile Performance Framework and reporting systems across Children's Services that is responsive to new demands from both internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with internal data teams to collect, collate, triangulate, interpret and disseminate information and performance data to meet internal and external and statutory requirements. As well as set out and develop Children services performance and outcome frameworks ensuring that our internal reporting is aligned with our strategic plans and priorities. Produce bespoke data analysis and written reports on all aspects of performance and to work collaboratively with internal data teams to ensure coordination and development of performance scorecards and dashboards that meet service requirements and reporting specifications. Required Experience and skills: - Detailed knowledge of social care data sets, Ofsted Data Sets and wider Children's services data collections. Significant experience of coordinating delivery of high quality performance frameworks and reporting in Children's services or similar complex public sector environments. Excellent level of ICT skills, included advance user of Excel and data base reporting tools Significant experience of data analysis reporting and quality assuring data to ensure it meets data requirements Significant experience of developing and building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders and operational teams Experience of presenting complex data sets to a varying range of audiences Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
