Team PA / Personal Assistant Job Market - PA / Personal Assistant (Insurance Sector) Team PA - About the role The purpose of this role is to support the Senior PA in providing general administrative assistance to the Practice Heads and Underwriting Division (which consists of approximately 100 team members). Team PA - Core responsibilities Arrange meetings, lunches, corporate & away days/events Cover diary management in the absence of other PA’s for Senior Syndicate staff Organise business travel (including hotels, cars, currency) in line with budgets, also assessing marketing needs Point of contact for arranging all aspects of conference attendance Managing meeting rooms and greeting visitors Typing correspondence/creating reports including PowerPoint & Excel Assist with raising expense claims & checking submitted expense claims ensuring quality control Support the Practice Heads with varying degrees of support depending on their requirements including inbox & calendar management, raising expenses & arranging meetings Regulatory Responsibilities Manage the relationships with Customers, Agents and Service Providers: Advise, assist and service customers on insurance and risk matters to promote customers’ satisfaction Foster positive relationships with customers and attain an understanding of their needs Ensure that customer complaints are promptly identi?ed, recorded and referred as appropriate Ensure that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are upheld by Agents and Service Providers Team PA - Key requirements Experience working as a Personal Assistant in a professional environment Essential: Word and Excel Desirable: PowerPoint Professional and approachable Positive 'can do’ approach Focused Resilient
