Overview
RattrayParkin are exclusively partnered with a market-leading business in Central Birmingham to recruit a Payroll Manager. This is a pivotal position reporting directly to the Financial Controller. The role takes ownership for payroll in its entirety, responsible for the complete end to end monthly payroll cycle for approx 300 employees, ensuring timely and accurate information within the payroll and time management systems. Working closely with the business to ensure time management system accuracy and completeness. Also working closely with the HR department, providing key information and reports. About you: Previous experience as a Payroll Manager / Payroll Supervisor Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Proficiency in Time Recording Systems Experienced using Payroll Systems Microsoft Excel skills Please apply now for immediate consideration as this an urgent requirement.
