Overview
About the Company: An established and successful practice with a growing payroll team based in the West Midlands. The business has a strong regional presence, through natural growth they require a high calibre payroll assistant to assist in the successful servicing of a varied and technically impressive payroll client bank. They have a strong leadership team and have further plans to increase and improve the division. The clients come from across the Midlands and cover all aspects of the technical payroll market. The role has the scope to evolve into a managerial position and will offer a wide portfolio and training opportunities all fully supported and paid for by the business. Key Skills/Experience Required: Must have current payroll knowledge and be able to deal with multiple practice clients all with differing requirements. Practice experience is a big advantage, leading on all types of payroll runs, also including starters/leavers, mat/pat/sickness experience, pensions and the potential for team leading are all desired.
