Well established Legal 500 law firm is recruiting into Commercial Property team in Kent My client is offering the opportunity to work alongside a leading team in Kent who have excellent reputation in the market. They are considered a one-stop shop for corporate and private clients alike with a very high proportion of the case load coming from satisfied clients and internal cross-referrals. They are specifically looking to appoint mid level Solicitor with upwards of 3 PQE to join a team 5 consisting of 1 Partner, 1 Senior Solicitor, 2 Solicitors and 1 Trainee. You will be running an existing case load including; freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, property aspects of corporate transaction including acquisitions, sales and corporate re-structuring as well as representing landlord and tenants, property finance and land acquisition and disposals. This opportunity is ideal for any candidates who are interested in working London quality work at a regional firm, and can serve as an excellent stepping stone into the London market.
