Top tier Legal 500 law firm based in Kent is recruiting My client is offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team who are identified as high performing in the directories and well regarded in the industry. This is a multi-service law firm that attracts impressive work in the regional market and is particularly recognised for their work in real estate. They are specifically looking to appoint a NQ - junior level candidate to support their commercial property team. The incoming Associate will be required to assist on a wide range of commercial property matters. Your tasks will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and property aspects of finance / lending and options. Ideally, you will have experience within commercial property and some knowledge of planning, building and construction would be desirable. This firm is an excellent boutique disputes and commercial solicitors practice and considered one of the best performing practices in the South East.
