Overview

I am pleased to be partnering with a company in Blackpool who are appointing a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their Finance team. This is a growing company in a social environment and has a track record for good staff retention in the company. The hours are full time however some flexibility around hours is available. Working within a large team, reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties will include: Managing a busy Purchase Ledger including query resolution Process credit notes Reconcile supplier statements Support with month end procedures The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and use of a Sage accounting package is advantageous but not essential. Good communication skills and an understanding of Excel functions are required and day to day process training will be provided. In return a competitive salary and holidays package are available.
