Overview
We are recruiting for a on-site consultant to join our on-site team based in Banbury at Hellofresh. Salary: £22,000 dependent on experience working 4 on 2 off shift pattern. This is a role with ever changing priorities, so you will need to demonstrate excellent organisation skills whilst being pro-active, forward thinking with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and work efficiently and productively Main duties will include screening advert responses, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, arranging inductions, conducting inductions, booking in workers for shifts and creating shift reports and payroll. Ideally you will have agency or in-house recruitment experience, however if you have a strong customer service background with a desire to get into recruitment , enjoy speaking to people but don't want to undertake a sales role. Ideally you will have 1 years experience of managing temporary workers. An excellent 'can do attitude' with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure is needed for this role.
