Budget Controller Job - Job paying between £14-16 per hour - Job based in Central London - Media Business Your new company My client is a global leader in the media space and is undergoing a period of rapid growth. They are an innovative media business based in Central London and they are now looking to recruit a budget controller to their growing team. Your new role This role is a permanent opportunity and will be reporting into the Credit and Billings Manager who will provide assistance where necessary. This role will involve WIP billing, bank reconciliations / cash allocations as well as complex query resolution. Duties: Raising invoices including WIP invoicing on a daily basis Ensuring invoicing and account queries are resolved promptly To effectively communicate with customers by telephone and in writing Adhoc tasks assigned by Line Manager What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role. Experience in billings especially WIP billings is a must and media experience is desired but not essential. The successful applicant will be confident and outgoing in nature and be able to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels. This role will be managing key accounts so it is essential that your communication skills are exceptional and you are able to communicate with internal and external departments. Your attention to detail must be second to none and you must be committed, hardworking and driven. What you'll get in return This is a temporary opportunity paying up to £16 per hour.
